Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 280

Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Our Lord is All-Hearing, All-Seeing."
The narrator says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said this while pointing with his blessed hand towards his eyes.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its various routes will come in the chapter on Surah al-Nur, and its chain contains a narrator, Ibn Lahi'ah.
