Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 279

Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah Almighty is not overcome, He cannot be deceived, and He is not informed of anything that He does not (already) know (i.e. He has knowledge of everything)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Yazid bin Yusuf al-San'ani, who is da'if (weak) and matruk al-hadith (abandoned in hadith).
