بَابٌ : لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ يُنْجِيهِ عَمَلُهُ .

وَعَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَنْ يَدْخُلَ الْجَنَّةَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ بِعَمَلٍ " . قَالُوا : وَلَا أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ؟ ! قَالَ : " وَلَا أَنَا ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَتَغَمَّدَنِي اللَّهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنْهُ وَفَضْلٍ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِأَسَانِيدَ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحَدِهَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Sharik bin Tariq (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "None of you will enter Paradise because of deeds." The people said: "O Messenger of Allah! Not even you?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Not even I, except that Allah Almighty has covered me with His mercy and grace."
