Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 181

Sayyiduna Fadalah bin Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that on the day of the Farewell Hajj the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "And a Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the (other) Muslims are safe."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its chain is hasan (good), if Allah wills.
