Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 180

Sayyiduna Bilal bin al-Harith al-Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the (other) Muslims are safe."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators have been declared trustworthy.
