Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a mangy young goat which its owners had put out. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Do you think that this (goat) is worthless to its owners?" The people said: "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The world is more worthless to Allah Almighty than this (goat) is to its owners."
Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abu al-Muhazzim, whom the majority declared da'if (weak), and the remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih.
