Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 18065

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a dead goat which its owners had thrown away. He said: "By the One in whose Hand is my soul, the world is more worthless to Allah Almighty than this, that is, the goat, is to its owners."
Ahmad, Abu Ya'la and al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Mus'ab, who has been declared trustworthy despite his weakness, and the remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih.
