Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 18049

Sayyiduna al-Hakam bin Umayr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Patience and hoping for reward are (like) the freeing of slaves, and Allah Almighty will admit the one who practises them into Paradise without reckoning."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Isa bin Ibrahim al-Qurashi, who is matruk (abandoned).
