وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَلَا أُخْبِرُكَ بِأَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ ؟ " . قَالُوا : بَلَى . يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " كُلُّ ضَعِيفٍ مُتَضَعِّفٍ ، لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَأَبَرَّهُ ، أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ النَّارِ ؟ كُلُّ عُتُلٍّ جَوَّاظٍ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not tell you about the people of Paradise?" The people said: Yes! O Messenger of Allah! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every weak person of lowly standing who, if he swears an oath by Allah, Allah Almighty fulfils it for him. Shall I not tell you about the people of Hell? Every rude person who rushes towards evil."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good).
