وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ ، فَمَنْ أَعْطَيْنَاهُ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ كَانَ غَيْرَ مُبَارَكٍ لَهُ فِيهِ " . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyidah Aishah al-Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, the world is sweet and green. Whoever We give something of it without Our willing consent, there will be no blessing for him in it."
