وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِأَصْحَابِهِ : " إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مُسْتَخْلِفُكُمْ فِيهَا ، فَنَاظِرٌ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ ، أَلَا فَاتَّقُوا النِّسَاءَ ، وَاتَّقُوا الدُّنْيَا " . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ مُبَارَكُ بْنُ سُحَيْمٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports about the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to his Companions: "Indeed, the world is sweet and green, and Allah Almighty will make you vicegerents in it, so that He may make manifest how you act. Beware! Guard yourselves against women, and guard yourselves against the world!"
