بَابُ الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ .

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ ، فَمَنْ أَخَذَهَا بِحَقِّهِ بُورِكَ لَهُ فِيهَا ، وَرُبَّ مُتَخَوِّضٍ فِيمَا اشْتَهَتْ نَفْسُهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا النَّارُ ! " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The world is sweet and green. Whoever acquires it by its right will be blessed in it, and many are the seekers of their desires who, on the Day of Resurrection, will receive nothing but the Fire."
