Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17537

Sayyiduna Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever does good in what remains (of his life) will be forgiven for what has passed (of his life); and whoever does evil in what remains of his life will be taken to account for both what has passed (the deeds of his life) and what remains (the deeds of his life)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain is hasan (good).
