Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite:
'Allahumma inni as'aluka 'ishatan naqiyyah, wa mitatan sawiyyah, wa maraddan ghayra mukhzin wa la fadih' (O Allah, I ask You for a pure life, a sound death, and a return that does not subject me to disgrace or shame).
Al-Tabarani and al-Bazzar recorded it, and these words of the narration are his (al-Bazzar's); the chain of al-Tabarani is jayyid (good).
