Book of Supplications
بَابُ الْأَدْعِيَةِ الْمَأْثُورَةِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الَّتِي دَعَا بِهَا ، وَعَلَّمَهَا .

اُردوEn
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ يَدْعُو : " اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا ، وَظُلْمَنَا ، وَهَزْلَنَا ، وَجِدَّنَا ، وَعَمْدَنَا ، وَكُلُّ ذَلِكَ عِنْدَنَا " . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُمَا حَسَنٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to make this supplication:
'Allahumma ighfir lana dhunubana, wa zulmana, wa hazlana, wa jiddana, wa 'amdana, wa kullu dhalika 'indana' (O Allah, forgive us our sins, our wrongdoing, our jesting, our seriousness, what we did deliberately, and everything from us).
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it, and the chains of both are hasan (good).
