Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had performed the Fajr prayer, he would not get up from his place until it became possible for him to pray (that is, until the sun had risen). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever, after performing the morning prayer, remains sitting in his place until it becomes possible for him to pray, this is for him of the rank of an accepted Hajj and Umrah (he receives the reward of an accepted Hajj and Umrah)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains al-Fadl bin Muwaffaq, whom Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy), while Abu Hatim al-Razi declared his hadith da'if (weak); the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
