A woman named Amrah narrates: I heard the Mother of the Believers, that is, Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her), say: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever performs the Fajr prayer (the narrator is unsure, perhaps the words are:) performs the morning prayer, and then remains sitting in his place, during which he does not engage in any idle matter relating to worldly affairs but keeps remembering Allah Almighty, until he performs four rak'ahs of the Duha prayer, he comes out of his sins as he was on the day his mother gave birth to him, with no sin upon him."
Abu Ya'la recorded it, and al-Tabarani recorded something similar in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains al-Tayyib bin Salman, whom Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy) and al-Daraqutni declared da'if (weak); the rest of Abu Ya'la's narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
