Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite after every prayer: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu al-mulku wa lahu al-hamdu, yuhyi wa yumitu wa huwa hayyun la yamut, biyadihi al-khayru, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir'
(There is no god except Allah Almighty, He alone is the only one worthy of worship, He has no partner; the dominion belongs to Him alone, praise belongs to Him alone, He gives life and He gives death, and He is Ever-Living and death will not come to Him; all good of every kind is in His hand of power, and He has power over all things).
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: This narration is reported in the Sahih in abridged form.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
