Makhul narrates: I heard Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) say on the pulpit: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) finished his prayer, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu al-mulku wa lahu al-hamdu, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir. Allahumma la mani'a lima a'tayta, wa la mu'tiya lima mana'ta, wa la yanfa'u dha al-jaddi minka al-jadd'
(There is no god except Allah Almighty, He alone is the only one worthy of worship, He has no partner; the dominion belongs to Him alone and praise belongs to Him alone, and He has power over all things. O Allah, there is no one to withhold what You give, and no one to give what You withhold, and the effort of the one who strives is of no avail against You).
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain contains Abd al-Aziz bin Ubaydullah, and he is da'if (weak).
