Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Sayyidah Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), saying: "O Messenger of Allah, I am a heavy woman, so teach me a supplication through which Allah Almighty will benefit me." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Recite 'Subhan Allah' 100 times; it will be equal to one hundred slaves freed for the pleasure of Allah. Recite 'Alhamdulillah' 100 times; it will be equal to 100 bridled horses given for riding in the path of Allah. Recite 'Allahu akbar' one hundred times; it will be equal to 100 camels garlanded and sent as sacrificial offerings (hady) to the House of Allah. And affirm the Oneness of Allah Almighty one hundred times; then no sin after shirk (associating partners with Allah) will be able to reach you."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Fadal bin Jubayr, who is da'if (weak).
