Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever recites 'Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi' (glory be to Allah and praise be to Him) receives the reward of sacrificing 100 animals, provided he has recited it 100 times. Whoever recites 'Alhamdulillah' one hundred times receives a reward equal to giving 100 saddled and bridled horses in the path of Allah. And whoever recites 'Allahu akbar' one hundred times receives a reward equal to 100 camels slaughtered in Makkah."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Sulaym bin Uthman al-Ta'i al-Fawzi. Three narrators have narrated from him, and Ibn Hibban mentioned him in al-Thiqat; he stated a condition, and it has been met, so the hadith is hasan (good), because the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
