Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Is no one among you able to do a deed every day equal to Mount Uhud?" The people said: "O Messenger of Allah, who is able to do a deed every day equal to Mount Uhud?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "All of you are able to do it." They asked: "O Messenger of Allah, how so?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Saying 'Subhan Allah' (glory be to Allah) is greater than Uhud; saying 'Alhamdulillah' (all praise is for Allah) is greater than Uhud; saying 'La ilaha illa Allah' (there is no god but Allah) is greater than Uhud; and saying 'Allahu akbar' (Allah is the Greatest) is greater than Uhud."
Al-Tabarani and al-Bazzar recorded it, and the narrators of both are the narrators of the Sahih.
