Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 168

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The believer is the one from whom people are safe; the Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe (that is, protected); and the emigrant (muhajir) is the one who dissociates himself from evil. By the One in whose hand is my soul, a servant whose neighbour is not safe from his harm will not enter Paradise."
Ahmad, Abu Ya'la and al-Bazzar recorded it. Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Ali bin Zayd, whose case is different; Humayd and Yunus bin Ubayd shared with him in narrating this narration.
