وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبَسَةَ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " عَنْ يَمِينِ الرَّحْمَنِ - وَكِلْتَا يَدَيْهِ يَمِينٌ - رِجَالٌ لَيْسُوا بِأَنْبِيَاءَ وَلَا شُهَدَاءَ ، يَغْشَى بَيَاضُ وُجُوهِهِمْ نَظَرُ النَّاظِرِينَ ، يَغْبِطُهُمُ النَّبِيُّونَ وَالشُّهَدَاءُ بِمَقْعَدِهِمْ وَقُرْبِهِمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - " . قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، مَنْ هُمْ ؟ ! قَالَ : " هُمْ جِمَاعٌ مِنْ نَوَازِعِ الْقَبَائِلِ ، يَجْتَمِعُونَ عَلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ، فَيَنْتَقُونَ أَطَايِبَ الْكَلَامِ كَمَا يَنْتَقِي آكِلُ التَّمْرِ أَطَايِبَهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ .

Sayyiduna Amr bin Abasah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "(On the Day of Resurrection) on the right of the Most Merciful (and both His hands are right) there will be men who are neither prophets nor martyrs. The radiance of their faces will overwhelm the gaze of those who look, and the prophets and martyrs will envy them for their seat and their nearness to Allah Almighty." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, who will they be?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "They will be people from various tribes who gather for the remembrance of Allah, and pick out the finest words just as one who eats dates picks out and eats the finest dates."
