وَعَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّاتِ مِنْ يَمَنِ الْأَزْدِ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " الْأَمَانَةُ فِي الْأَزْدِ ، وَالْحَيَاءُ فِي قُرَيْشٍ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
Sayyiduna Abu Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Trustworthiness is in the tribe of al-Azd, and modesty is in Quraysh."
