وَعَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي جَهْلٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمَ جِئْتُهُ : " مَرْحَبًا بِالرَّاكِبِ الْمُهَاجِرِ ، مَرْحَبًا بِالرَّاكِبِ الْمُهَاجِرِ " قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَا أَدَعُ نَفَقَةً عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا أَنْفَقْتُهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ . قُلْتُ : عِنْدَ التِّرْمِذِيِّ : مَرْحَبًا بِالرَّاكِبِ الْمُهَاجِرِ . فَقَطْ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ إِلَّا أَنَّ مُصْعَبَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ عِكْرِمَةَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ إِلَّا أَنَّ مُصْعَبَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ عِكْرِمَةَ .
Sayyiduna Ikrimah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the day I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Welcome to the emigrant rider, welcome to the emigrant rider." I said: O Messenger of Allah, whatever I spent against you (peace and blessings be upon him), I will now spend the same amount in the way of Allah. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Imam al-Tirmidhi recorded the words "Welcome to the emigrant rider" only once.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih; however, Mus'ab bin Sa'd did not meet Sayyiduna Ikrimah (may Allah be pleased with him).
