بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْعَبَّاسِ عَمِّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَمَنْ جُمِعَ مَعَهُ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ
Reports on al-Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), paternal uncle of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and those of his children mentioned with him

- وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّ عَبْدَ الْمُطَّلِبِ كَفَّ بَصَرُهُ ، وَكَفَّ بَصَرُ الْعَبَّاسِ ، وَكَفَّ بَصَرُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ .
He says: It has reached me that Abd al-Muttalib lost his sight, Sayyiduna Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) also lost his sight, and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) also lost his sight.
