Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), the daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) carrying Sayyiduna Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him). In one of her hands was also a cooking pot containing hot food. She brought it to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and when she placed the pot before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked her: Where is Abu al-Hasan? She replied: He is at home. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent for him, and then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), Hasan and Husayn sat down and began to eat. Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not invite me to eat on that occasion, although before that, whenever he ate any food while I was with him, he would invite me to eat; but that day it did not happen. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had finished, he spread his garment over them and then said: "O Allah! Be the enemy of whoever is their enemy, and love whoever loves them."
Abu Ya'la recorded it, and its chain is jayyid (good).
