وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصَّدِّيقِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَا قُبِضَ نَبِيٌّ حَتَّى يَؤُمَّهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِهِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ رَاوٍ لَمْ يُسَمَّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No prophet passed away until a man from his Ummah had led him in prayer."
