اُردوEn
وَعَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ لِأَزْوَاجِهِ : " إِنَّ الَّذِي يَحْنُو عَلَيْكُنَّ بَعْدِي لَهُوَ الصَّادِقُ الْبَارُّ ، اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنَ عَوْفٍ مِنْ سَلْسَبِيلِ الْجَنَّةِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say to his wives: "Whoever treats you kindly after me will be truthful and righteous. O Allah, give Abd al-Rahman bin Awf to drink from the Salsabil of Paradise."
Imam Ahmad and Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
