وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ : كُنْتُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِدَّيْنِ ، فَكُنْتُ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّاسِ إِسْلَامًا .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، عَنْ شَيْخِهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَبِيبٍ ، وَهُوَ مُجْمَعٌ عَلَى ضَعْفِهِ .

Sayyiduna Abd al-Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and I were born in the same year, and I am one of the earliest people to accept Islam.
Imam al-Bazzar recorded this narration from his teacher Abdullah bin Shabib, and there is agreement that he is da'if (weak).
