وَعَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ : أَنَّهُ قَالَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ : وَاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَعَهْدُ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِلَيَّ أَنَّ الْأُمَّةَ سَتَغْدِرُ بِي .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ قَادِمٍ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ وَضُعِّفَ .

Tha'labah narrates: Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said on the pulpit: "By Allah! The unlettered Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) told me that this Ummah would soon betray me."
