Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 14467

In one narration these additional words occur: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I think that when Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred, grief entered every household of the Muslims, except for the people of an evil household. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) had the most knowledge of Allah among us all, was the greatest scholar of the Book of Allah, and the greatest jurist in the religion of Allah. So recite this verse, by Allah, the way Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) taught it to you. By Allah! It is clearer than the road of al-Saylahin."
