عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ إِذَا دَعَا لِرَجُلٍ أَصَابَتْهُ وَأَصَابَتْ وَلَدَهُ وَوَلَدَ وَلَدِهِ .
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) supplicated for a person, that supplication reached him, it reached his children, and it reached his children's children.
