Majma al-Zawaid 1383 — Wiping over the leather socks

Harun bin Sulayman narrates: I saw Amr bin Hurayth; after urinating he called for water. The narrator says: He wiped his arms and face, and wiped over his sandals, and then stood and offered the prayer.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
