وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَالَ : أَنَا خَلَقْتُ الْخَيْرَ وَالشَّرَّ ، فَطُوبَى لِمَنْ قَدَّرْتُ عَلَى يَدِهِ الْخَيْرَ ، وَوَيْلٌ لِمَنْ قَدَّرْتُ عَلَى يَدِهِ الشَّرَّ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مَالِكُ بْنُ يَحْيَى النُّكْرِيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, Allah Almighty has said: 'I created good and evil. So glad tidings to the one at whose hands I have decreed good, and woe to the one at whose hands I have decreed evil.'"
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Malik bin Yahya al-Nukri, who is da'if (weak).
