وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - تَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى عِمَامَتِهِ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْحَكَمِ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); he (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution and wiped over his turban and wiped over his leather socks.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Hakam bin Maysarah, and he is da'if (weak).
