Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1353

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) went to relieve himself. When he came back, (while performing ablution) he wiped over his leather socks and said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also (once went to relieve himself), and when he came back, (while performing ablution) he (peace and blessings be upon him) wiped over his leather socks.
Abu Ya'la recorded it, and al-Bazzar recorded something similar. Its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Abi Humayd, and there is agreement that he is da'if (weak).
