Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1351

Sayyiduna Abu Barzah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates a hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). After this the narrator transmitted a long hadith, in which it is mentioned that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks.
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Salam, who narrated from al-Azraq bin Qays, and Yazid bin Harun narrated from him. If he is the son of Harb, then it is fine; otherwise, I do not know him.
