وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ أَعْمَالَ بَنِي آدَمَ تُعْرَضُ كُلَّ خَمِيسٍ لَيْلَةَ الْجُمُعَةِ ، فَلَا يُقْبَلُ عَمَلُ قَاطِعِ رَحِمٍ " . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Every Thursday, on the eve of Friday, the deeds of human beings are presented (before Allah Almighty), and the deed of one who severs the ties of kinship is not accepted."
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
