وَعَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " قَالَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى : الرَّحِمُ شِجْنَةٌ مِنِّي ، فَمَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَصَلْتُهُ وَمَنْ قَطَعَهَا قَطَعْتُهُ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى بِنَحْوِهِ وَالْبَزَّارُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقُلْ : " قَالَ اللَّهُ " . وَفِيهِ عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ وَقَالَ الْعِجْلِيُّ : لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .
Sayyiduna Amir bin Rabi'ah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty says: 'The womb is a part of My (grace); whoever joins it, I will join him, and whoever severs it, I will cut him off.'"
Al-Tabarani recorded it, Abu Ya'la recorded something similar, and al-Bazzar recorded it too, except that he did not narrate the words: "Allah Almighty said." Its chain contains a narrator, Asim bin Ubaydullah, whom the majority declared da'if (weak); al-'Ijli said: There is no harm in him.
