وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : رَأَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - حِمَارًا مَوْسُومًا فِي وَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ : " لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ فَعَلَ هَذَا " . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَرِجَالُ الْبَزَّارِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a donkey which had been branded on its face, and he said: "May Allah Almighty curse the person who made this brand."
Al-Bazzar and al-Tabarani (in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat) recorded it. The narrators of al-Bazzar are thiqat (trustworthy).
