It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you sneezes, he should say 'Alhamdulillah', and the one with him should say 'Yarhamuk Allah', and that person should say: 'May Allah Almighty keep you firm upon guidance and keep your affairs right.'"
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Yahya bin Abd al-Hamid al-Himmani, who is da'if (weak).
