Majma al-Zawaid 129 — Further reports on this subject

Sayyiduna Abu Malik al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever, after believing in Allah Almighty, does not associate anyone with Him as a partner, establishes prayer, pays the obligatory zakah, fasts in Ramadan, listens to and obeys (the ruler of the time), and then dies in that state, Paradise becomes obligatory for him."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Isma'il bin Ayyash, and he is da'if (weak).
