بَابٌ فِي الِاسْتِئْذَانِ وَفِيمَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي دَارٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ
Seeking permission, and one who looks into a house without permission

وَعَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتَ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْمُنْعِمِ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not enter the houses of the dhimmis (non-Muslim citizens under Muslim protection) without permission."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Abd al-Mun'im bin Bashir, who is da'if (weak).
