وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَا أُعْطِيَ أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ الرِّفْقَ إِلَّا نَفَعَهُمْ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ السَّامِيِّ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whatever household is given gentleness, it only benefits them."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Ibrahim bin al-Hajjaj al-Sami, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
