وَعَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ ، لَا تَفْنَى هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةُ حَتَّى يَقُومَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الْمَرْأَةِ فَيَفْتَرِشُهَا فِي الطَّرِيقِ ، فَيَكُونُ خِيَارُهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ مَنْ يَقُولُ : لَوْ وَارَيْتَهَا وَرَاءَ هَذَا الْحَائِطِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

This saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is narrated from him: "By the One in whose hand is my soul! This Ummah will not perish until a man gets up, goes to a woman and lays her down right in the street; and the best of them at that time will be the one who says: 'If only you had taken her behind this wall.'"
