بَابٌ فِيمَنْ قَتَلَ مُسْلِمًا أَوْ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِهِ .

عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَزَنِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنِ الْقَاتِلِ وَالْآمِرِ ، فَقَالَ : " قَسَّمْتُ النَّارَ سَبْعِينَ جُزْءًا ، فَلِلْآمِرِ تِسْعَةٌ وَسِتُّونَ وَلِلْقَاتِلِ جُزْءٌ وَحَسْبُهُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، غَيْرُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَلَكِنَّهُ مُدَلِّسٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، غَيْرُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَلَكِنَّهُ مُدَلِّسٌ .
Marthad bin Abdullah al-Yazani reports the statement of a Companion: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the one who kills and the one who orders the killing, and he said: "The Fire will be divided into seventy parts: the one who gave the order will receive sixty-nine parts and the killer will receive one part, and that will be sufficient for him."
