عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَشْقَى النَّاسِ ثَلَاثَةٌ : عَاقِرُ نَاقَةِ ثَمُودَ ، وَابْنُ آدَمَ الَّذِي قَتَلَ أَخَاهُ ، مَا سَفَكَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ مِنْ دَمٍ إِلَّا لَحِقَهُ مِنْهُ لِأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ " . قُلْتُ : وَأَسْقَطَ الثَّالِثَ ، وَالظَّاهِرُ أَنَّهُ قَاتِلُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ كَمَا وَرَدَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ حَكِيمُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ ، وَقَالَ أَبُو زُرْعَةَ : مَحَلُّهُ الصِّدْقُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ، وَابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ مُدَلِّسٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ حَكِيمُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ ، وَقَالَ أَبُو زُرْعَةَ : مَحَلُّهُ الصِّدْقُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ، وَابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ مُدَلِّسٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most wretched of people (among the children of Adam) are three: the one who hamstrung the she-camel of the people of Thamud, and the son of Sayyiduna Adam (peace be upon him) who killed his brother; whatever blood is shed upon the face of the earth, he will receive a share of it, because he was the first to initiate the practice of killing." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: The narrator did not mention the third person, but it appears that the third person is the killer of Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), as is mentioned in other narrations.
Al-Tabarani recorded this narration; its chain contains Hakim bin Jubayr, who is matruk (abandoned); the majority declared him da'if (weak), and Abu Zur'ah said: His standing is that of truthfulness, if Allah wills. And one narrator is Ibn Ishaq, who is a mudallis.
