بَابٌ فِي أَهْلِ الْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَهْلِ الْمُنْكَرِ .

وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَهْلُ الْمَعْرُوفِ فِي الدُّنْيَا أَهْلُ الْمَعْرُوفِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ ، وَأَهْلُ الْمُنْكَرِ فِي الدُّنْيَا أَهْلُ الْمُنْكَرِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ وُثِّقُوا ، وَفِي بَعْضِهِمْ كَلَامٌ لَا يَضُرُّ .
Sayyiduna Abu Musa al-Ash'ari narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The people of good in this world will be the people of good in the Hereafter, and the people of evil in this world will be the people of evil in the Hereafter."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir; its narrators have been declared trustworthy, and there is criticism of some of them that does no harm.
